When you use the nocd the exe usually has the CD check and launcher removed or disabled. When this happens TexMod reacts the same way as if they were separate exe files and only sees the bytes from the launcher part of the exe. A lot of times the Game.exe contains 2 to 3 exe programs in one exe, the CD check, the game.exe, and the game launcher.
